Good location, but beds in the basic room without mattress ! And this is normal !

Elevator ok, parking available

The bed in our 2 rooms were without mattress ! We had to sleep directly on the bedspring, it was hard like a piece of wood ! Obviously, we sleept very bad. In the morning, we complained about this situation. The answer was that is normal, it's the basic room. So we had to pay extra in order to have an upgrade room for the next night !

The location is very convenient to many restaurants and night market. And the staff is pretty and nice.

The decoration is a bit old. However, You have to remind them to clean up the room

Can recommend.

Hotel staff person (female) was very helpful regarding the reservation. She even called booking.com to solve the problem. Breakfast veggie sandwich was good.

There was a problem with the booking. I had to pay NT 300 extra for my son even though I reserved the room for two adults and one child. If there’s an extra fee for the child based on height or age, I didn’t see this notification. It should be specified on booking.com and hotel website.

Pretty new rooms, big beds but very hard

No breakfast buffet but unhealthy breakfast choices to preorder the night before (burgers and dumplings soaked in oil and mayonnaise) to the roomdoor but no space to eat in the room but in beed, no tour booking options available but announced it on the description
